First of all, those people you have tagged are not any of the known UK forum mods - they just look like other seller names.

You say it had been deactivated in error, but they are saying that your business documentation does not comply with their requirements, so that is what you need to do - make sure you submit exactly what they require to verify your account, and you have 40 days of access to your account. No-one here can help you provide the required documents, only you have those.

My account has been deactivated in error, and i wish to appeal this decision. What i have done is i replied to Seller Verification Reveiw email that i have receivd and provided new documentation. Also i have asked the relevant team to allow me to provide and make any corrections that mistakenly put on my Business & Contact info and also on the DAC7 Portal during verification process. So far i have not get a reply back what is the Business documentation that went wrong so i can rectify and continue with the verification process.

Please kindly help me resolve the issue and reinstate my account

You say it had been deactivated in error, but they are saying that your business documentation does not comply with their requirements, so that is what you need to do - make sure you submit exactly what they require to verify your account, and you have 40 days of access to your account.
