You say it had been deactivated in error, but they are saying that your business documentation does not comply with their requirements, so that is what you need to do - make sure you submit exactly what they require to verify your account, and you have 40 days of access to your account. My account has been deactivated in error, and i wish to appeal this decision. What i have done is i replied to Seller Verification Reveiw email that i have receivd and provided new documentation. Also i have asked the relevant team to allow me to provide and make any corrections that mistakenly put on my Business & Contact info and also on the DAC7 Portal during verification process. So far i have not get a reply back what is the Business documentation that went wrong so i can rectify and continue with the verification process.
Please kindly help me resolve the issue and reinstate my account
