Significant decrease of sales through Amazon
I am selling toys and I have noticed a significant decrease of sales through Amazon last months (around 30-50% in comparsion with same period of last year). I am doing the same things like in the past (checking the supplies, prices, etc), also I have a positive account health.
Have you notices same problems, or is this a common sign of any sales in Amazon, or were there some changes in the system or new rules?? Dont you know what could be the reason?

I would say our sales have been a little more inconsistent in the past few weeks, not sure if that's down to the hotter weather and people out enjoying themselves.
Recently some days have been quiet, or go large parts of the day with slow sales.

Rachel from Accounts has made people very worried.
She has tanked the economy and scared off people who invest and create jobs, who pay the people who spend money with Amazon.
Sadly, it will get worse, we have already reduced our staffing to cope

Turnover dropped drastically. It is about 30% of normal values. Not sure if this is the Israel - Iran conflict impact or holidays.

Yes, we are experiencing this since April. I don`t think the weather has to do something with it.

I think we've all had it. I sell sunglasses and the weather has been generally good but my sales are all over the place. None of us are doing anything wrong - as others have said I think we are seeing some unusual consumer buying behaviour that is linked to the economy, and the news about it - every time something is reported that makes it look like people might have less money in their pockets, they stop buying. This seems to be a temporary drop, they soon forget and then more bad news comes out and the cycle starts again. Everything is very unpredictable which of course, doesn't help those of us making a living out of this!
Unfortunately there is another website, perhaps we shouldn't mention the name, that everyone laughs at for selling 'cheap rubbish' but then they go and get something on it because the sellers are practically giving everything away. The elephant in the room is, that site is hurting all of our sales. In my own field, there are people selling products similar to mine (not as good a quality) on there for less than I can buy mine from the factory in Taiwan. Ironically they approached me to sell on their site. I wouldn't stoop to that if they were the last ecommerce platform on earth. Sorry to say it but that site is a very real danger to our livelihoods.
Good luck to you all, hopefully things will pick up soon.

I've also seen a dip in sales. Usually, the sales kind of undulate gently through the month, with some days better than others, but it's generally smooth. However, for some reason, there have been peaks and troughs the past couple of weeks; massive spikes and dips.
Weather, the day of the month, news/global events etc. can all play a part.

Unfortunately we're pretty consistently down around 20% on last year, and we're not selling seasonal products. This is pretty much across all EU countries - but a bit worse in UK. We're finding that the volume of traffic to listings is signifiantly down - whether that's less people on Amazon or less people seeing our products I don't know.

My sales have dropped 100% in the last 30 days and this is extremely worrying. I’m quite new on this platform. I’ve been in touch with SS to and fro but all they have mentioned is what attracts the BBox which is not unknown knowledge. I’m so frustrated and unsure what to do. I’ve spoken to Account Health, I have a health account but just no sales whatsoever. I’m so concerned and I’m in negative figures. I received an email from SS a couple of weeks ago to say my account is inactive, and when I spoke to SS they said everything is ok; which makes me so confused. Does anyone have any recommendations and advice if they have/are experiencing the same?

I've noticed a HUGE drop in sales and it's been going on for probably 6-8 months now. No consistency, constant issues with buy boxes, algorithm changes, you name it. I have very little faith in Amazon these days.
