Brand Regsitry - Pending Review For Months
It's been several months not my brand registry application has been pending review. I don't know how to start over and when I enter my brand-name on a new application, I get an error message that says the application is pending review and thus I am unable to proceed. I am also not able to submit a ticket. These are my case IDs:

I've just taken a look at your application and it appears that the verification code on case 13047583631 was never provided to the team to have them continue on with the review.
