GSCOP Compliance officer & Missing Pallets
Has anyone ever had contact with the Amazon GSCOP compliance officer, how did it go? Was it a positive, negative or how was the experience?
I have 4 pallets in the system with 10s of £000s of stock, simply not being tracked. I possibly foolishly thought the 1st pallet missing might be an abberation and in my enthusiasm to ensure Amazon customers have product available for prompt delivery (plus 2 to 3 weeks for warehouse processing) have since put 3 more pallets into the "system", howver with the change from one UPS pallet shipper to the RXO / UPS pallet shipper, everything seems to have gone wrong.
Seller support, regrettably are to be kind, not capable of helping manage timings or expectations with this type of query, it is way over their area of responsibility, so I am on the cusp of writing to the GSCOP Compliance Officer, but pedictably as a small business I am concerned of any repercussions for doing so.
