Yes, the system often goes slow - recently I have waited all day for it to update
None of our overnight FBA orders have come through. They will turn up eventually.
I raised a case about this yesterday. They've throw together this cut and paste reply overnight:
"we charge the buyer for the order, credit your seller account for the order, send a dispatch confirmation email to the buyer and update the buyer’s account with the delivery information. The buyer can then track the status online. This results in improved buyer satisfaction and reduced buyer contacts.
Also kindly note that once the buyer received the order. The payment will be processed to your sellingaccount."
The bit about not paying till the buyer receives the order is clearly rubbish - payments have been received just fine for orders after these.

Due to a technical issue, proceeds from orders made between 8 pm Tuesday, February 4th, and 4 am Wednesday, February 5th CET in our UK, Poland and Sweden stores, including any returns or refunds for these orders were not immediately reflected in Payments Dashboard, Transactions View and payment reports.
We've resolved the issue. We sincerely apologize for any disruption this may had caused.
Our payments have come through overnight.
