Qualification Required Stranded Inventory But No Option To Provide Documentation

Today I have items in my inventory I have been selling and they were placed in my stranded inventory. When I try to re-list it says there is a "qualification required" but when I click on the request approval tab it doesn't give me any option to submit any documents. Nothing makes sense and I don't know if it is a bug that is happening in the system or what. Can someone advise or know what is going on? It has happened for a few of my listings and through different brands.

I would like to add that there is no performance notification on the listing. There has been no customer complaints (no voice of customer issues), and no account health issues, no product inauthenticity complains or compliance requests. Please advise as to what is going on and how I can solve this issue

Even same thing happened with me. All metrics are under control and suddenly all my listings have became inactive
