is it even possible to speak to a manager?
I'm constantly getting bounced around [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary], not a single member of the leadership team is willing to call me.
How is the support on the number one marketplace this bad?
Do managers even exist?
literally waiting weeks.

The only people you can speak to are Seller Support, and to be honest they are useless, as just read from scripts, close cases and even just end calls, and as you say are often located all over the world ! .....and often give wrong advice. No-one in any senior position will call you. The support for sellers is abysmal.

Have you actually tried to create a removal order or have you just asked Seller Support?
Remember that the removal costs are per unit, so 900 x the removal cost for your item.

I don't think they have manager s in UK. But in India marketplace, yes they do exist. They regularly keep in touch with you and also calls before season promotions to help you set up

Well, to manage your expectations, take a look at the Trustpilot reviews for Amazon UK seller support.
5-star 2%
4-star <1%
3-star <1%
2-star 2%
1-star 95%
Two out of the 3 five star, and two out of the 3 four star reviews, are Amazon customers who have left a review on there by mistake and are praising Amazon sellers' products!
If you read what some of the 95% (in reality around 97% - 98%) one star reviews actually say it gets even worse.
We've had this case https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/seller-forums/discussions/t/e63f0a7a-9122-4d11-9a62-164025109fb2 going for nearly a year now, and even with the help of a moderator @Spencer_Amazonnobody has so far been able to resolve it. And now it seems the service they signed us up for doesn't even exist as a functional system.... It's beyond pathetic.
