I am an Italian account and a novice. I haven't studied Amazon's rules yet and my account was closed directly. Their customer service is also not good, and they repeatedly verified my patience. I am sad and have decided not to do Amazon in the future

You needed to study Amazon University before signing up though. Just for info, ALL new accounts are deactivated until all verification checks have been made.
