Selling original music CD

I have an album on all streaming platforms including Amazon Music. I had CDs professionally pressed, with a UPC code. I’m trying to list them but I keep getting directed to a menu tree of categories of items that need permissions. However I NEVER see a button to request permission. What do I need to do?

The same thing happens if you try to launch a new book with an ISBN. For physical media, Amazon doesn't want publishers or DIYers launching new releases via Seller Central.

Amazon generally works with professional distributors in these categories, or for print on demand books has a program called Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (no such program for audio CDs or video DVDs AFAIK).

There's a separate wholesale program for individual media publishers called Amazon Advantage, but it's been closed to new accounts for years.
