Discounts Tool Missing

Prime Discounts has moved to the new DIsocunts Tool which can be accessed via the 'Advertising' link in the menu. However, I do not have the 'Advertising' link in my menu.

I have contact support and they haven't been very helpful as usual. But they did end with that because my account is an individual and not a seller account I can no longer set Prime Exclusive disounts. I can not see any documentation any where that relates to now setting Prime Exclsuive disocunts is ONLY available to professional sellers and NOT individual accounts.

Is this true, has anyone else had issues/not able to set prime discounts? Or is their a bug with my account?

Can't get into Amazon Ad's

Anyone else unable to access Amazon Ad's? I go to load the Campaign Manager and the page won't load, tells me to delete my cookies. Tried on 4 different browsers, 3 devices and 6 different networks and no luck.

Had a case with Amazon Support for over a week now and no update/progress. I've lost out on £40 of credit, and I have a further £100 due to expire shortly so this is costing me a fortune in lost Advertising credit, as well as lost sales where I can't advertise :(

Does anyone know the difference between Vouchers and Manage Promotions?

It seems Vouchers have a maximum 50% discount. Can Manage Promotions create claim codes with more than 50% discount?

Just joined now, though never sold anything on Amazon despite registered for a quite few months but the flying story of sellers leaving is taken me back, I m thinking of not starting at all than putting efforts n be disappointed or not worth it

Has anyone else experienced Amazon selected inappropriate reviewers to review their product?

For instance, Amazon sent a our 3 litre can of premium olive oil (RRP £69.95) and the reviewer spend all his time talking about the tin and he fails to talk about the olive oil in any meaningful way.

Has anyone else given away free product to people who just don't seem to have any connection with their product?

I just listed my product and I am being told that they can’t post my product under the scented candle category as the seller list is huge and so they limit the number of products. What’s even happening??

I am quite new to all of this and really very annoyed with the customer support!!!

We've been invited to apply for a small loan on Amazon, although a small sum, the cash would be handy for more stock, when I apply, it's declined because we have a small loan based solely on our eBay sales. At the time of taking the loan through eBay we were not told it would affect any Amazon Merchant funding.

Surely the mighty Amazon could offer a better package without interference from eBay?

Trading on Amazon for a long time and at one point turning over circa £750k pa but due to payment changes and margin erosion we are leaving. Amazon are buying from the same suppliers and wholesalers as we are and due to all the undercutting and negative margin sales by Amazon we have pulled the account. Its a real shame as its been good most of the time (as you know dealing with Amazon generally and seller support is often a challenge) but off to concentrate on new opportunities. Best of luck all.
