Enforcement for new VTR policy only starting 25th Feb 2025

Dear Community/Sellers,

Starting January 15, 2025, we have updated the Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) policy for seller-fulfilled orders to allow customers to track a higher number of their orders.

We will start enforcement of the new VTR policy on February 25, 2025. We encourage you to consult your applicable Amazon store's Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) page for detailed information on VTR requirements and calculation.

Hello Sellers,

I've noticed that some of you might not be aware of a helpful feature in our forums that can save you time and make browsing discussions more efficient.

You can customize how discussions are displayed and save these preferences as your default view. Here's how to customize your forum view:

1. Look for the Sort by drop-down menu at the top left of the discussions page.

2. Click on the drop-down to see sorting options: Recommended, Latest activity, Recently created, Most viewed, Most voted.

3. To make your preferred sorting order permanent click Change default at the bottom of the Sort by drop-down.

4. Select your preferred default sorting option.

4. Click "Save":

You can also adjust the Date/time filter to show discussions from different time periods. This helps you focus on recent discussions or browse older content as needed.

These small adjustments can make a big difference in finding relevant discussions more quickly. Try it out and let me know if you have any questions!
