To choose from the vetted list of providers, consider feedback from verified reviews and other details like the provider’s completed service requests, specialties, and reference prices.

Step 4

Select your chosen provider to see additional details, then choose Contact Provider.

Agree to share your contact information with the provider, describe what you’re looking for, then select Submit request.

If you choose to use a service provider, you will contract directly with that provider. They will provide services to you at your direction.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Amazon endorse service providers?
Amazon provides service provider listings solely as an informational resource and does not endorse any service provider or its services. We do vet providers by Amazon standards and continuously monitor provider performance to make sure only high-quality providers are listed in the Service Provider Network.
How much does it cost to use the Service Provider Network?
Access to the Service Provider Network is free when you have an Amazon selling account. Reference prices for a provider’s service are included with the provider’s details, but these prices are for your reference only. Service providers may charge you in a different currency or amount, plus any applicable taxes, and they may also offer special discounts.
How is the Service Provider Network different from the Selling Partner Appstore?
Both the Selling Partner Appstore and the Service Provider Network provide third-party-based solutions to help manage and grow your business. The Appstore lists applications created by software partners that can help streamline your operations and automate time-consuming tasks. The Service Provider Network lists agencies and individuals who provide specific services and on-demand, personalised assistance to sellers.
How do I become a service provider for Amazon sellers?
To become a provider on our network, first create a Seller Central account for South Africa. Next, register for SPN using your Seller Central credentials. Then, follow the steps for Identitiy verification and Business qualification. Thereafter, our team will contact you with a response.

The key requirements are a valid business license, a professional Seller Central account for authentication, and interest in offering at least one of the listed services.
